BoardRoom is delighted with the results from the J.P. Morgan 2019 Australian Registry and ESP Provider Survey Report.
The results provided a clear endorsement of our purpose of becoming the unrivalled partner for integrated corporate solutions driven by innovation and technology.
BoardRoom received positive feedback for our overall performance, account management, quality of product, willingness to innovate and cost of services.
Some of the key points outlined in the survey of note were:
- 67% of respondents indicated an improvement in BoardRoom’s performance (compared to <30% for other providers);
- Over 60% of respondents indicated an improvement in BoardRoom’s account management, with 0% indicating worsened account management;
- Over 60% of respondents indicated an improvement in BoardRoom’s quality of product (compared to <30% for other providers); and
- 67% of respondents indicated an improvement in innovation (compared to <35% for other providers).
It is very pleasing to see our efforts recognised by the market as a whole.
