BoardRoom has announced the appointment of Sally Mulligan as General Manager, Employee Plans APAC. With over 25 years of experience in employee share plans, Sally has worked across both issuer and provider sides of the industry, managing broad-based and executive share plans for several ASX 50 companies with global participant bases.
Sally joins BoardRoom following the company’s recent acquisition of Solium Capital (Australia) Pty Ltd, where she previously served as Head of Morgan Stanley at Work APAC. The acquisition has expanded BoardRoom’s Employee Share Plan (ESP) capabilities, strengthening its position as a leading provider of ESP services within the Australian market. Sally’s appointment further reinforces the company’s commitment to delivering cutting-edge solutions, leveraging industry-leading technologies and expertise to serve a growing client base.
In her new role, Sally will lead the Employee Plans division, focusing on enhancing service offerings and driving greater value for clients. Her extensive experience and strategic leadership are expected to be instrumental in ensuring a seamless transition for Solium’s clients and employees while integrating BoardRoom’s innovative approach to Employee Share Plan administration.
