Rhett Tregunna
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
I have been fortunate enough to enjoy the role of CEO for the majority of my career at BoardRoom since joining in 2008. We enjoy some fantastic long term relationships with our clients and there is a real buzz in the business created by our talented employees and their entrepreneurial drive.
I love spending time with my sons, going on holidays, experiencing new adventures and watching all sports at the elite level.
Daniel Stranger
FINANCIAL CONTROLLER
I joined BoardRoom in December 2025 as the Financial Controller of the Australian business. My role is to service the wider business to analyse data, promote technological efficiencies and ensure full compliance with finance rules and regulations.
My career began at PwC (Australia and UK) in the Assurance department before transitioning to the ASX-listed commercial environment where my key areas of focus were listed financial reporting, tax and FP&A related activities.
Outside work, I am a passionate Brisbane Broncos supporter, play soccer and pickleball and I can be often found at one of Sydney’s theatres watching the latest musical national tour.
Shishir Das
GROUP CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
Shishir brings over 20 years of experience in technology leadership across consulting, product, and high-growth companies. He has led engineering organisations, built and scaled platforms that enabled significant revenue growth, and delivered complex technology transformations, including legacy platform migrations and data platform builds.
His career spans leadership roles across companies in the property, hospitality, e-commerce, and corporate services sectors. Shishir is passionate about building technology that drives business outcomes – scalable platforms, predictable delivery, and teams that ship with confidence.
He joins BoardRoom as Group CTO with a focus on strengthening delivery, modernising the technology platform, and ensuring technology is a growth enabler across the group.
Outside of work, he enjoys exploring new places with his family, tinkering with side projects, and playing tennis.
George Lygoyris
CHIEF COMMERCIAL OFFICER
My work life has revolved around finance and sales roles with sales and marketing being my passion. I joined BoardRoom in 2008 and absolutely love building long term relationships with clients and working as part of the amazing BoardRoom team.
In addition to my day job, I am a proud father to three young boys, soccer coach, over 35s soccer player and tragic Hawthorn AFL supporter.
Mark Saliba
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Having joined Boardroom in 2007, my experience and passion is to deliver a great customer experience in a fast-paced and ever evolving environment. I enjoy challenging the market with new and innovative ideas and collaborating with clients and partners alongside a team whose drive and culture are second to none.
Outside of work, my kids keep me busy. I am sports crazy and enjoy a good holiday.
Sally Mulligan

With more than 25 years’ experience in employee share plans, I am passionate about providing solutions that simplify the complexities of share plans and allow for the benefits of share ownership to be fully felt by our clients and their employees. My share plan industry experience has been equally spent issuer and provider sides, and I have managed broad-based and executive share plans at several ASX 50 companies with global participant bases.
Away from the office, I am happiest at the beach with our German Shepherd, Captain, or in my kitchen cooking for family and friends.
Kim Larkin
HEAD OF CORPORATE
SECRETARIAL SERVICES
Kim is the Head of Corporate Secretarial Services and currently acts as Company Secretary for various ASX-listed and unlisted companies in Australia. Kim is an experienced business professional with 23 years of experience in banking and finance and 6 years as in-house Company Secretary of an ASX 300 company prior to joining BoardRoom in April 2013.

Since joining BoardRoom in 2015, I’ve relished being part of a company that embraces technology, change and innovation, and am passionate about working in partnership with our clients. I lead a team of account managers who share my desire to deliver exceptional outcomes to our loyal client base.
In my free time I’m a soccer loving dad who will always find the opportunity to steer the conversation towards craft beer. I’m also not afraid to pick up a microphone and sing a few songs with my band.

In my role I support our teams to deliver exceptional service in a highly regulated environment with a focus on utilising technology. What energises me at work is the collaboration with a team that shares a commitment to innovation and excellence. Together, we navigate the complexities of our field, strengthening our risk environment and ensuring we meet our compliance objectives.
Outside the office, my passions lie in exploring the world’s diverse cultures through travel and cuisine as well as enjoying quiet evenings with friends and family.

I am incredibly excited to make a difference in my role at BoardRoom. I am passionate about business transformation, employee growth and development, and building an inspiring workplace culture.
