Rhett Tregunna
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
I have been fortunate enough to enjoy the role of CEO for the majority of my career at BoardRoom since joining in 2008. We enjoy some fantastic long term relationships with our clients and there is a real buzz in the business created by our talented employees and their entrepreneurial drive.
I love spending time with my sons, going on holidays, experiencing new adventures and watching all sports at the elite level.
Nicola Salmond
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER AND
GM, PEOPLE & CLIENT PAYROLL
I joined BoardRoom in April 2014 as CFO and have enjoyed continued evolvement in my role. I have a fantastic team and great work colleagues which makes coming to work each day a pleasure.
Outside of work, I am kept extremely busy by my three feisty daughters. I also love catching up with friends, running and partaking in the odd glass of wine!
Michael Mullins

As I reflect on my time with BoardRoom and think about our future, I feel my role as CIO could not be more exciting. Our incredible team is a delivery powerhouse. We keep it simple; the customer and their experience is paramount, we love a challenge and our collaborative culture is our foundation.
Outside the office my three girls keep me on my toes. I am sports mad, love travel and enjoy a good laugh with friends.
George Lygoyris
CHIEF COMMERCIAL OFFICER
My work life has revolved around finance and sales roles with sales and marketing being my passion. I joined BoardRoom in 2008 and absolutely love building long term relationships with clients and working as part of the amazing BoardRoom team.
In addition to my day job, I am a proud father to three young boys, soccer coach, over 35s soccer player and tragic Hawthorn AFL supporter.
Tom Bloomfield
GROUP HEAD OF PARTNERSHIPS
As the Group Head of Partnerships, I focus on driving growth through establishing and fostering key collaborations. Leading the Partnerships Team, I oversee the development and execution of initiatives that create value, enhance the firm’s market presence, optimise commercial strategies, and build strong, mutually beneficial partnerships across the region. Additionally, I guide the strategic direction and ensure operational excellence for the Asia-based Business Development and Commercial Excellence Teams.
I’m pleased to have joined BoardRoom in early 2011 and continue to relish the challenge of the fast-paced and innovative environment.
Mark Saliba
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Having joined Boardroom in 2007, my experience and passion is to deliver a great customer experience in a fast-paced and ever evolving environment. I enjoy challenging the market with new and innovative ideas and collaborating with clients and partners alongside a team whose drive and culture are second to none.
Outside of work, my kids keep me busy. I am sports crazy and enjoy a good holiday.
Steve Hodkin
HEAD OF LISTED CLIENT SERVICES
Since joining BoardRoom in 2015, I’ve relished being part of a company that embraces technology, change and innovation, and am passionate about working in partnership with our clients. I lead a team of account managers who share my desire to deliver exceptional outcomes to our loyal client base.
In my free time I’m a soccer loving dad who will always find the opportunity to steer the conversation towards craft beer. I’m also not afraid to pick up a microphone and sing a few songs with my band.
Sally Mulligan
GENERAL MANAGER, EMPLOYEE PLANS APAC
With more than 25 years’ experience in employee share plans, I am passionate about providing solutions that simplify the complexities of share plans and allow for the benefits of share ownership to be fully felt by our clients and their employees. My share plan industry experience has been equally spent issuer and provider sides, and I have managed broad-based and executive share plans at several ASX 50 companies with global participant bases.
Away from the office, I am happiest at the beach with our German Shepherd, Captain, or in my kitchen cooking for family and friends.
Fiona Moses
PEOPLE & CULTURE MANAGER
I am incredibly excited to make a difference in my role at BoardRoom. I am passionate about business transformation, employee growth and development, and building an inspiring workplace culture. I am excited to build on an already fantastic culture and see BoardRoom become an employer of choice within the industry.
I love spending time with my family and friends and keeping active with my four children and their numerous sporting activities and walking my British bulldog “Dozer”.

In my role I support our teams to deliver exceptional service in a highly regulated environment with a focus on utilising technology. What energises me at work is the collaboration with a team that shares a commitment to innovation and excellence. Together, we navigate the complexities of our field, strengthening our risk environment and ensuring we meet our compliance objectives.
Outside the office, my passions lie in exploring the world’s diverse cultures through travel and cuisine as well as enjoying quiet evenings with friends and family.
